Each person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Datadata and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections 4 (Content), 5 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Indemnification) survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or emailing your registered address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
